Osteopathic treatment for infants is a gentle way to support your little one and restore mobility and function, improving issues like gassiness, flat spots, difficulties feeding, and more.

  • Prenatal Osteopathy

Pregnancy is a season full of change for the body. Osteopathic treatment helps keep the body moving well as it adjusts and shifts, assisting with swelling, back and hip pain, and maintaining proper mobility in preparation for birth.

Classical Osteopathy is a non-invasive form of manual medicine. Osteopathic Practitioners have an extensive knowledge of functional anatomy, physiology, and collective body mechanics. They use this knowledge to apply a variety of principles-based, hands-on assessment and treatment techniques to gently restore normal motion mechanics. This creates space for arteries, veins, lymphatic vessels and nerves to move through the body and keep the tissues healthy.

The body has an amazing capacity to heal itself, and it does this best when each part of the body is in alignment and able to move and function properly. Osteopathic Practitioners look at the health of the whole body, not just the injured or affected part. When the whole body functions better, it's in a stronger position to protect and heal itself from injury and damage!

Osteopathic Treatment can make a difference with:

  • Headaches and Migraines

  • Joint and muscle pain (Back, neck, shoulders, hips, knees etc.)

  • Recovery from injury (new and old)

  • Prenatal and postpartum care (aligning the body before and after birth, swelling, pain, maintaining pelvic floor health and mobility)

  • Circulation problems

  • Digestive concerns

  • Nervous system disturbances

  • And more!

  • Whether you’re working from home or out in the world every day, what we do on a regular basis takes a toll on our bodies.

  • Osteopathic treatment is not only for recovering and healing from injury and pain, it’s a powerful preventative health care tool to help protect your body from repetitive strain injuries and prevent injury at work and play.
